1. Marketing Lead

Beon Systems is currently hiring a Growth Hacker who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement and monetisation of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenues for the digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
  • Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth
  • Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising etc.)
  • Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels

2. Business Analyst – Requirements and Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather, understand, and document their business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.
  • Translate Requirements: Convert client requirements into comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical requirements, and marketing requirements.

3. Community Manager

We are looking for a qualified Community manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

4. Partnership and Alliances Lead

The Partnership and Alliances Lead is responsible for developing and building strong relationships with partners, including sponsors, donors, vendors and volunteers. Success in this position comes from developing and building upon partnerships with new individuals, corporations and local groups. This individual is also involved in event planning, coordination and oversight.

Responsibilities of a Partnership and Alliances Manager

  • Identify areas where Beon Systems can partner with Groups, NGOs, Corporates, Businesses and Volunteers.
  • Interact with the Local and international groups to raise awareness regarding our brand and to seek alliances with groups who have the same mission as ours.
  • Organise events and activities to engage participation of LGBTQ groups and influencers.
  • Identify events where Beon Systems can come in as a partner or a sponsor

We are seeking a well- qualified Content manager as an addition to our team. Responsibilities

  • Designing interfaces for iOS/Android/Hybrid applications.
  • Contributing to the entire design process from design strategy to design execution.
